Terms of Service

In force from 10 September 2026.

These terms cover the site nikah1.com, the Telegram bot and the service

channels of NIKAH BOOK. By using the service you agree to them.

Purpose

NIKAH BOOK is a place for men and women to meet with a view to marriage.

It is not a service for casual conversation or leisure.

The service is not a party to any relationship between members, does not

verify the accuracy of profiles and does not guarantee any outcome.

Age

For persons over 18 only. By registering you confirm you are an adult.

Profiles of minors are deleted without warning.

Your profile

Creating a profile is free. Each profile is reviewed by an administrator;

publication may be refused with a stated reason.

By publishing you agree to your profile appearing in the service channels

and being searchable.

You are responsible for the accuracy of what you state. You may hide or

delete your profile at any time.

Prohibited

• placing profiles for other people without their consent
• using someone else's photographs or personal data
• stating knowingly false information
• posting material of a sexual nature
• insults, threats, incitement of hostility
• asking for or offering money, loans or investments
• advertising and commercial activity
• creating more than one profile per person

Breach leads to the profile being hidden, access restricted or the account

deleted.

Paid features

Some features of the service may be paid. The terms, price and duration are

stated at the time of purchase and may change; changes do not affect what has

already been bought.

A service is considered delivered at the moment it is provided; refunds are

not made.

Contacts and messages

Members' contact details are not disclosed automatically. They become

available to the other side only by mutual agreement.

Authorised administrators have access to messages within the service for

moderation, handling complaints and preventing fraud. Every such access is

logged.

There is no complete privacy of messages within the service. Do not send

anything whose disclosure would harm you.

Liability

The service is provided as is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation

and are not responsible for members' actions, the accuracy of profiles, or

the consequences of conversations and meetings.

Checking that the other person is honest is the member's own

responsibility.

Ending access

You may delete your profile at any time. We may restrict access for breach

of these terms, on well-founded complaints, or on suspicion of fraud.

Changes

These terms may change; the current version is always at this address.

We notify members of material changes.
